Adena can provide the advice and the service that you need.  We are able to service most equipment makes and models.  All repair work is carried out by qualified electrical and electronics service engineers. Our workmanship carries a three month warranty and all spare parts carry the full manufacturer's warranty.

Preventative Maintenance

Well maintained equipment provides better performance with fewer breakdowns. Adena offers an ongoing preventative maintenance program to help keep your equipment operating at its best. Preventative maintenance is usually done on an annual basis, but equipment that receives heavy use may benefit from more frequent maintenance checks.

Luminaire Refurbishment

In many cases luminaires are kept in service even though they are ten, twenty, or more years old and operating less than their best. Its also very likely they won't pass an electrical safety test. If they are good quality models and are not too badly battered it can be worthwhile refurbishing them, especially if you have several of the same model and thus plenty of parts. Salvaging parts from a small number of units can provide sufficient spares to restore several other units back to good working order.

Essentially the refurbishment process involves dismantling the luminaires down to their component parts then each part is inspected for damage. All the serviceable parts are cleaned and, if appropriate, repainted with high temperature resistant enamel. Missing or damaged parts are replaced if suitable new parts are available. The luminaires are then reassembled, replacing the power cord and internal wiring as necessary, until we have rebuilt as many good units as the available parts will permit.

The end result is luminaires that are restored to good and safe working order for an average cost somewhere between about a third to half the cost of new luminaires of a similar type. With reasonable care and maintenance we estimate that these refurbished luminaires will provide another five to ten years service.
